About George Mustoe
My Story
I have over five years of experience in a professional role since graduating as a Civil Engineer. However, my deep fascination with the complexity of the human body led me to explore a career in healthcare.
My journey into ear wax removal began in New Zealand, where I spent several months shadowing a family clinic in Auckland, developing a strong understanding of ear anatomy and safe wax removal techniques. Inspired by this experience, I returned to the UK in May 2024 and completed specialist training with Microsuction UK.
Since then, I have transitioned into a full-time role treating hundreds of patients, collaborating with local pharmacists, GP surgeries, and other healthcare professionals. I have continued to enhance my expertise through further training with TJ Audiology, specialising in ear impressions and moulds.
I am committed to providing exceptional ear care without the long wait times, and always with your convenience in mind. I have seen first-hand how a build-up of wax can leave people feeling isolated and disconnected, that's why I take great pride in offering gentle, professional care to restore your hearing and confidence.

Pre-Treatment: Using Ear Drops
To prepare for ear wax removal, soften the wax by using Earol or a similar olive oil spray twice a day for 2–5 days before your appointment. This essential step helps make the procedure quicker, easier, and more comfortable.

Children & Young Patients
